文摘内容 Urban forest is an important composition and the window and soul of modern cities, which has a close relationship with ecological environment and investing environment. So urban forest has been constructed in China. Huaining County could hold of the historical opportunity and come up with the great blueprint of forest ecological network system construction for the new town. This paper mainly introduces the guiding ideas, principles, goals and overall layouts of the construction in the new town, and hope that it will be a model for other county-level forest ecological network system construction in China。
