文摘内容 pesticide residues in mulberry leaf that can lead to silkworm poisoning, was analysed. The mulberry leaf was extracted with acetone, cleaned up by gel permeation chromatography and a small silica gel column, and finally detected by gas chrornatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and GC/ECD. There was 0. 432mg/kg eypermethrin in mulberry leaf(dry weight), and 2.14% cypermethrin in a formulation of dichlorvos 80EC used by the insect pest control of mulberry tree. The results gives a satisfactory explaination of the case silkworm poisoning, as cypermethrin is high toxic to silkworm and is banned pesticide in pest control by mulberry tree。
